We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read this policy carefully. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Under UK law, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Between 30 days and 6 months, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement as the first remedy. These rights exist independently of our returns policy.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be returned within the applicable return window
- Be in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and labels intact
- Not show signs of use beyond what was necessary to assess the product
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked as Final Sale on the product page — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described
- Software or digital licences that have been activated or used
- Items that have been physically damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorisation
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@sasconnects.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Use a tracked shipping service and keep proof of postage until your refund or replacement is confirmed.
Do not return items without an authorisation number. Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price may apply for:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window (where a return is accepted at our discretion)
- Items returned in a condition other than original (opened packaging, missing accessories) for change-of-mind returns
No restocking fee applies to returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
