Warranty Terms
SASCONNECTS LIMITED warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

New products may carry their manufacturer's warranty. Contact us before or after purchase for specific warranty information on any product.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal and intended use, where the product fails to operate as described at the time of sale.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Accidental damage (physical impact, liquid damage, etc.)
- Unauthorised modification, repair, or third-party installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside the product's stated specifications
- Damage caused by incompatible hardware or software
- Damage in transit where caused by the customer's chosen return carrier
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email sales@sasconnects.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
- We may request photographs or additional information to assess the claim.
- If approved, we will arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label.
- Once received and inspected, we will proceed with the agreed remedy.
Do not return any item without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Remedies
If a product is confirmed as defective, SASCONNECTS LIMITED will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with an equivalent item, or
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price
We aim to resolve all valid warranty claims within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product fails within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to a full refund. Between 30 days and 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement (or refund if not possible). These rights exist independently of our warranty.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER UK LAW, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
