1. Coverage
We warrant that the electronic parts we sell will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Limitations
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents
- Unauthorized modification or repair of the product
3. Remedies
If a product fails to conform to this warranty, our sole obligation, at our option, is to:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product, or
- Refund the purchase price

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
