Independent Retailer Notice

SAS Connects is an independent reseller. References to brand names (HP, Dell, Seagate, Cisco, etc.) are for product identification purposes only. We are not an authorised dealer or official partner of these brands unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any product.

Some products are sourced to order — where this applies it will be noted on the product page or confirmed within 1 business day of your order.

Sales Tax / VAT

Prices are displayed in GBP. SAS Connects Ltd has applied for VAT registration with HMRC — once confirmed, applicable VAT will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery destination.

B2B customers requiring VAT-compliant invoicing should contact sales@sasconnects.com — we will accommodate this once our VAT registration is active.

Payment & Security

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) — processed securely via Stripe
• Purchase Orders — accepted from Business Entities, Corporations, Public & Private Schools, Government Organisations, Colleges, Universities, and Libraries. Contact us to arrange.

All payments are in GBP. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. SSL/TLS encryption protects all data in transit.

Currency

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). The final order total includes shipping and other applicable fees, all shown before checkout confirmation.

Your bank may apply conversion fees for non-GBP payments — SAS Connects is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping & Delivery

• Carrier-caused delays outside our control
• Failed delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, etc.)

Promotional & Gift Certificates

• Valid for the period and products specified at time of issue
• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• May not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• SAS Connects reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates

Order Acceptance & Changes

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by SAS Connects. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing errors have occurred — a full refund will be issued.

Governing Law & Compliance

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

International customers are responsible for compliance with their own local laws and import regulations.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, software) is the property of SAS Connects Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAS CONNECTS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER UK LAW.
